AntiGravity Fit

Elevate your workout, burning calories and turning the usual fitness routine upside down! Increase your kinesthetic awareness for better agility, improve strength and endurance, build core strength, elongate your muscles and get a low-impact cardiovascular workout, while suspended in the air! Perfect for newcomers or athletes in recovery mode, alike this class features techniques in which the tensions of the spine, core, hips, and musculature are reduced and relaxed through gentle movement on a low hanging hammock. Monday 7PM; Friday 6:30PM
