I can't log in to Swet app

If you cannot book through Swet new app, please reset your password then attempt to book a service—this will "sync" your accounts and allow you to fill out any missing information.

You must update your own passwords directly from the app. We cannot perform a password reset on your behalf at this time.


How to reset Swet app password

Reset your password DIRECTLY from Swet Studio branded app. This will issue a password reset email to your email address. To do so, please tap login, forgot password, Enter the email, then tap Retrieve Password.

Check your inbox for the password reset email - it should arrive within a few minutes. Although it is not required, you may use the same password in the app when accessing the Swet Studio scheduler site from a desktop computer. 

Note: For security reasons, we cannot reset your SS App password at this time.
