+ What is AG?
Swet AG is the perfect complement to Swet ROW and develops ideal body lines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. AG (AntiGravity®) Fitness is a fitness regimen designed by Christopher Harrison. The technique was originally created for athletes and gymnasts and has since been modified and perfected to incorporate components from dance, Pilates and calisthenics. A complete workout that is certain to get you in shape while realigning you from the compression of gravity.

+ Do I need to make a reservation?
While you certainly can book classes on the spot at our location, our instructors and time slots tend to fill up in advance. To be sure you get a spot in the classes you want to take, we recommend scheduling your workouts on Sunday evenings for the week ahead.
+ What if I need to cancel a class?
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a class for any reason, we understand, just please make sure to do so online at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time. If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, there is NO penalty. However, if you cancel less then 12 hours before the start of class, the credit will be deducted from your package. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
+ Can I enter late or leave early?
Due to the nature of ALL AntiGravity classes, we CAN'T accommodate late arrivals. If you are unable to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time, please understand you will be forfeiting your spot in class and will not receive a refund or credit for that class. All other classes, though we encourage everyone to take the entire class so they can safely warm up and cool down. We allow people to enter class within the first 5 minutes and leave during the cool down. Please keep in mind that your body needs time to warm up to safely do our workouts.
When a spot isn’t available for the class you want, join the waitlist. As spots become available guests are added to the class in the order that they signed up. You must first have a class credit to join the waitlist. When a spot does become available you will be notified via text, call or email as dictated by your settings in your account.
If you no longer wish to take the class it’s important that you remove yourself from the waitlist within the 12 hour cancellation window. You can do so online or by calling us at 617-670-0631. We do not offer the option of “switching” classes.
If a spot does not become available, your credit will be returned to your account to be used at a later date.
