Swet is a local community-minded studio for people who aspire to fulfill the full potential of both mind and body, offering a full schedule of aerial yoga, meditation, fitness classes, indoor rowing and teacher trainings.

+ What classes should you take first?
Visit our Class Descriptions and learn more about all of our classes. If you’re new to working out, we would recommend to start with ag Beginner class or any of our ROW classes.
+ What do you need to know before you arrive?
Please try to arrive to class 15 minutes before the start time. If you are coming to the studio for the first time this is especially important so you have time to fill out our waiver and get acquainted with the space.
All of our AG classes are practiced with LONG SLEEVE shirt. Be prepared to practice barefoot. Please remove all METAL (such as jewelry, snaps, zippers, etc.) while using the Hammocks.
