Off the Ground:
A Day to Reset, Recharge, and Recommit
A daylong workshop blending aerial yoga, improvisation, and painting — three ways to shift perspective and close out 2026 with clarity. No experience needed.
Are you hitting mid-year in some kind of a lull?
Maybe you're running low on energy, circling a decision you can't quite make, or trying to follow through on the goals you set last January. You are not alone. This daylong workshop is a deliberate step out of the daily current and into a space designed to help you recharge, find clarity, and zero in on your purpose. You’ll challenge yourself to the degree you choose, across three forms of creative expression: aerial yoga, improvisation, and painting. By stretching beyond your usual perspective, you’ll leave with renewed energy and a sharper sense of next steps needed to close out 2026 strong and fulfilled. No experience in any of the three activities is required; only a curiosity and open mind to try something new.
We'll begin with centering, self-reflection, and intention-setting, so you arrive in the room with yourself before you arrive in any activity. You'll then move through three very different experiences.
In the aerial hammocks, you'll push your physical boundaries and discover what your body is capable of when it's supported in the air.
In improv, you'll explore vulnerability, trust, and presence through exercises drawn from a leadership development curriculum focused on collaboration and trust-based relationships.
At the canvas, a guided painting session will open up new ways of expressing what's been on your mind, no artistic background needed.
