Welcome! If you have never been to the studio, please take the time before arriving to create your free online client profile.
To create an account, click HERE.

Once you complete your profile and sign our online waiver, you can pay for your class online or purchase your packages or memberships at our studio. Your payment is required at the time of reservation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class if paying at the studio.

+ How will I feel after?

You will feel taller and lighter. Your muscles will have a pump, and you will be refreshed!

+ Afraid?

The difference between fear and excitement in the body is relaxation. During an inversion, you are only 3 inches off the ground.

+ What class should I take first?

You will find several classes where all levels are welcome, such as Aerial Beginners, All Level Stretch, and Restorative + Meditation.

+ Do I need to be a yoga practitioner?

No, keep an open mind!

The Studio

+ Aerial hammock weight limit

Hammocks are rigged to hold over 1000lbs. So don’t be afraid, you’ll be safe.

+ Mat rentals?

First time to the yoga studio we offer a free mat rental if registered through our website. Future mat rentals are $5, cash and Venmo only.

+ Do you have lockers?

Although we do not have lockers, we do have cubbies in our studio for you to store your belongings while you are in class or a private session.

+ Do you have showers at the Studio?

No, we do not.

+ Membership benefits

Our most affordable option for all our classes, Monthly SWET, allows you to take any class as you'd like, every month for as low as $13 per class. All Monthly SWET include perks such as priority for bookings, free guest passes for friends, teacher training discounts, and mat rental! + What if I need to freeze or cancel my membership?

All membership adjustment requests (including cancellations) must be sent via email to swetteam@swetstudio.com at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment date. Please note that we typically respond to all emails within 24 hours.

+ Other options

You can buy a package of 5 or 10 classes. The larger the package, the more you save. Head to our Rates page to learn more and purchase.

+ Booking a private class

+ How do I purchase a gift card?

To purchase a gift card, click HERE, scroll down to "Gift Card" section. Select the delivery date and send an e-message with your electronic gift card. You may print the gift card, which you will receive in an email confirmation after purchase. If you have any questions, call us at (617)670-0631.

Your first class

+ Make a reservation

To be sure you get a spot in the classes you want to take, we recommend scheduling your workouts on Sunday evening for the week ahead. Visit our class schedule (top LEFT) and click RESERVE. If you need to set up your account manually at the studio, please call us at (617)-670-0631.

+ Can I enter late or leave early?

Due to the nature of our classes, we can not accommodate late arrivals. If you cannot arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time, please understand you will be forfeiting your spot in the class and will not receive a refund or credit for that class.

+ Clothing and Possessions

Wear long sleeve shirt and be prepared to practice barefoot—no jewelry, snaps, and zippers allowed while using the silk hammock.

+ Damaged Hammock

SwetStudio may charge the client’s account for each damaged Equipment piece, a one-time Replacement Equipment Charge as liquidated damages in an amount equal to SwetStudio’s reasonable estimates of the replacement costs and incidental costs that SwetStudio incurs.

+ When not to invert

Pregnancy, glaucoma, recent surgery, heart disease, very high or low blood pressure, osteoporosis, recent head injury, cerebral sclerosis, fainting, carpal tunnel syndrome, severe arthritis, hiatal hernia, disc herniation or acute discogenic disease, artificial hips, radiculitis (inflammation of nerve root in the spine), botox (within 6 hours).

+ How many beginner classes before attending intermediate classes?

As a courtesy to both our instructors and our students, we restrict intermediate and advanced level classes to frequent Flyers. A frequent flyer is our designation for students who have fulfilled the fundamentals requirement. General requirements are 3-5 beginner classes or instructor endorsement. If you have questions, please direct them to the studio manager.

+ I practice yoga regularly and am pretty fit. Do I have to take Beginner classes?

Yes, Beginner class is less about fitness level and more an introduction to a new experience. In a Beginner class, one learns the essential wraps, grips, and traps, the basis of the practice, while becoming familiar with the hammock and inversions. Being upside down is also a new sensation, and sometimes it takes a few times to get used to the feeling no matter how fit you are.

+ cancel my reservation

If you cancel more than 12-Hour in advance, there is no penalty. However, if you cancel less than 12-Hour before the start of class, or no-show the credit will be deducted from your package. Unlimited memberships (monthly, auto-renew) will be charged a $15.00 late cancelation fee or a $20 no show fee. This will be done automatically.

+ What is the difference between an early cancel, a late cancel, and a no show?

Early cancel: If you cancel more than 12-Hour in advance, there is no penalty. Late cancel: if you cancel less than 12-Hour before the start of class, the credit will be deducted from your package. Unlimited memberships (monthly, auto-renew,intro) will be charged a $15.00. No show: If you registered for a class, and do not show up or cancel, the credit will be deducted from your package. Unlimited memberships (monthly, auto-renew,intro) will be charged a $20.00.

+ Waitlist

You must first have a class credit to join the waitlist. When a spot does become available, we will notify you via email. If a spot does not become available, your credit will be returned to your account so you can use it at a later time. Schedule Here
