How do I get started?

On the website, click the book a class button on the top LEFT side of the screen. On the app, tap the class you’re interested in taking and select ‘Sign up.’ You’ll be asked to confirm your reservation on a second screen. Once you’ve confirmed, your reservation will show up in your upcoming classes. You will also receive a reminder email before class starts.

What if I need to cancel a class?

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a class for any reason,we understand, just please make sure to do so online at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time. If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, there is no penalty. However, if you cancel your reservation within 12 hours the class credit will be deducted from your package. Classes are non-refundable, exchangable or transferable.

Can I enter late or leave early?

AntiGravity(AG) Classes Due to the nature of all AntiGravity classes, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you are unable to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time, please understand you will be forfeiting your spot in class and will not receive a refund or credit for that class. All other classes, Though we encourage everyone to take the entire class so they can safely warm up and cool down, we allow people to enter class within the first 15 minutes and leave during the cool down. Please keep in mind that your body needs time to warm up to safely do our workouts.

Can I reserve class for a friend?

To reserve a spot for a friend, we suggest you visit our booking site and purchase an additional single class or package of 5 or 10 classes and select the class time and date you would like to attend. Once you select the class, the system will prompt you to Make Reservation for: Myself or Someone Else. Select “Someone Else” and proceed through the next steps. If you would like to gift classes for a friend, select the Tab “Buy Classes” and scroll to the sub-menu "Gift Cards".

Can I bring someone under 18 with me?

Our classes are designed for ages 18 years and older. If you are interested in classes for teens, contact us to discus arrangements.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we do. You can purchase a gift certificate and choose a monetary amount. To purchase, select “Gift Card”. You can select the date of delivery and send an e-message with your electronic gift card. You may print the gift card, which you will receive in an email confirmation after purchase. I’m interested in having my birthday or other special event at Swet Studio. Does SS host special events?

Yes! We love celebrating birthdays and other special events at Swet Studio. Please email the studio at info@swetstudio.com to discuss our special event and small group pricing options.

Do you offer corporate rates and programs?

We offer customized corporate packages, group training programs, and team building events for small to large companies. Please call the studio or email info@swetstudio.com for more information.

Do you have showers at your studio?

No, we do not have showers at the studio.

Mat rentals?

You may rent a mat for $2 per class, or you are welcome to bring your own. Clients with Auto-Cards and Packages will receive free mat rentals.

Do you offer childcare?

No, we do not offer any form of child care while you work out with us.

About AntiGravity practice 

What should I wear to AG (AntiGravity) class?

Must wear LONG SLEEVE SHIRT. Fitted, stretchy top that COVERS your ARMPITS. Be prepared to practice barefoot. Absolutely NO METAL allowed (this means jewelry, snaps, zippers, etc.) while using the AntiGravity® Hammocks.

Is there a diffarence between AG First time Riders and AG Beginners class?

AG First time Riders ( ONLY first timers) and AG Beginners (mixed with first timers and beginner level participants) are both **beginner level** classes. These classes focus on the fundamental moves and the AntiGravity® vocabulary that is necessary to progress into other AntiGravity® programs.

How many beginner AG classes should I attend before moving onto intermediate level?

People may spend anywhere from 3 classes to several months in a beginner class before moving onto intermediate level class. It all depends on your background, abilities, dedication, and int
