HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?

We've all been there - trying something new for the first time can be daunting. Don't worry we are here for you and here's everything you need to know before your first class.

 

Intro Specials

+ What classes to take first?

AntiGravity: a practice that allows you to stretch and strengthen without overstressing your joints or compressing the vertebrae. Your practice will constantly evolve and change based on your own needs. To start look for "ag Beginner; ag First Time Riders; ag Restore; ag Meditation; and ag Deep Stretch" classes on our schedule. Visit our Class Descriptions to learn more about all of our classes.

+ Check-in & class set-up

For your first class we recomment that you check-in to reception at least 20 minutes before the class starts. This is extremely important so you have time to fill out our waiver and get acquainted with the space. Once the class has started we cannot allow you into class under any circumstance.

+ What to wear

In all of our AG classes, a LONG SLEEVE shirt is required. We recomend wearing barre grip socks or going barefoot for the class. Please remove all METAL (such as jewelry, snaps, zippers, etc.) while using the Hammocks.

+ Working out with friends

You can book yourself and up to 2 friends in any one class. If you would to book more that 3 spaces in any one class please contact the studio to arrange a private class. Contact us
