These custom-tailored sessions are perfect for first-timers or kids who thrive in a one-on-one setting. We’ll introduce aerial movement through guided poses, games, and breathwork designed to support balance, focus, and confidence.

Great for first timers, private birthday parties, school group events. Max 10 kids.

***Note, for all kids classes, due to the vast difference in age groups, all participants in a group must be within a 2 year age range. To ensure a safe and effective class, adults/chaperones are not allowed to attend.

  • Kids aerial classes are designed for children ages 6–12. We tailor instruction, pacing, and movement complexity to be age-appropriate and engaging for this range.

  • Yes. For group classes, children must be within a 2-year age range of one another.
    Kids more than three years apart often have very different attention spans and learning needs, which can impact safety and class flow.

    For siblings or mixed ages, we recommend private or small-group sessions.

  • No prior experience is required.
    Kids aerial classes focus on foundational movement, coordination, strength, and confidence—not advanced tricks or performance skills.

  • Please have your child wear:

    • Leggings or long pants that cover the backs of the knees

    • A fitted top that covers the underarms

    • No zippers, jewelry, or sharp accessories

    Bare feet are recommended.

  • Yes. Safety is our top priority.
    Classes are taught by trained instructors using age-appropriate progressions, controlled movements, and properly rigged equipment. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, strength, and safe exploration—not risky tricks.
