Studio Policies

To support a safe, smooth experience for everyone, all guests must follow these studio policies.

Before Class

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class so we can check you in and properly adjust your hammock.

  • Late entry is not permitted once class has begun.

  • All students must be registered and checked in before entering the studio room.

What to Wear

  • Wear a fitted shirt that covers your armpits. Tank tops are not permitted.

  • Fitted leggings and supportive undergarments are recommended.

  • Shorts and clothing with exposed metal—including zippers, rivets, or buckles—are not permitted.

  • Remove all jewelry, watches, and hair accessories with sharp or metal components before using the hammocks.

  • Shoes are not permitted in the studio room. Please leave them in the designated cubbies.

Personal Belongings and Equipment

  • Store personal belongings in the changing-room lockers or designated storage areas.

  • Clothing, jewelry, or accessories that could snag, stain, or damage the hammocks are not permitted.

  • If a guest damages studio equipment by failing to follow these policies, SWETSTUDIO may charge the guest’s account for the reasonable cost of replacing the damaged equipment and any directly related expenses.

Before and Outside of Class

  • Do not swing, invert, perform flips, or practice tricks before class or without instructor supervision.

  • Gentle cocoon poses and supported back-wrap stretches are permitted while waiting, provided they are performed safely.

  • Only practice movements taught or approved by the instructor during class.

Cancellation Policy

  • Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a penalty.

  • Timely cancellations may be managed through the SWETSTUDIO website or Recess app.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • Members with qualifying unlimited, monthly auto-renew memberships will instead be charged a $15 late-cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling is subject to the same late-cancellation policy.

  • Class purchases and credits are nonrefundable, nonexchangeable, and nontransferable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Additional Policies

  • Photos and videos are not permitted during class but may be taken after class. Must respect the privacy and consent of everyone present.

  • Guests and observers may not enter the studio room without prior permission.

  • Follow all instructor directions and posted safety requirements while using the studio and its equipment.

  • SWETSTUDIO reserves the right to restrict participation when a safety requirement is not followed.
