The Swet Reset is a 4-week practice block designed to build consistency, strength, and confidence at the start of the year.

The challenge is designed in two phases so everyone can succeed.
Phase 1: The First 14 Days
This is the momentum phase.
The goal is simple:
work harder than you normally would — even if it’s just for two weeks.

Phase 2: The Full 28 Days
For those who continue on, the focus shifts from effort to refinement.
With consistent practice, participants often:
complete prerequisite skills
move from beginner → intermediate, intermediate → advanced
build measurable strength and control
establish a sustainable weekly rhythm
Reach 21 days
→ Gift card worth 50% of your monthly membership value
Complete all 28 days
→ Gift card equal to 100% of your monthly membership
