Prior to any training registration 

  • Understand and adhere to all "Contraindications".
  • Understand full participation of all training days is required.
 

Qualifications

  • Must speak, read and write English confidently.
  • Must be computer literate and internet proficient. 
  • Must be willing to agree to and sign a comprehensive non-compete agreement.
  • Must carry a current first-aid certification.
 

Where to begin? AG (aerial yoga and fitness) Certificate/Training Programs

 

Step One: AG Fundamentals 1 & 2

Step one is to be trained in AG Fundamentals 1&2. This is a total of four (4) days with two days for AG Fundamentals 1 and two days for AG Fundamentals 2. These four days, along with an online Readiness Assessment and an online Self-Test, prepare you to teach classes to the public. 

AG Aerial Yoga 1 & 2

Embolden your AG Aerial Yoga knowledge base and discover your own potentials with over 50 challenging new asanas, flying asanas and vinyasa variations on the AG Hammock. Fine-tune your sporting and cueing with enhanced anatomy, kinesiology, bhandas and Sanskrit terminology.

AG Suspension Fitness 1 & 2

If you liked what you learned in the Fundamentals training and you want to continue your training in Suspension Fitness, this is the course for you!

AG Kids (Just Kids)

It is a child’s inherent nature to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play. When a child plays the spirit soars. This training provides the tools to share this gift of flight with our future generation.

AG Restorative Yoga

This powerful method focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It offers accessibility to students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection.

AG AirBarre

This extensive aerial dance program is, the newest aerial fitness technique to come out of AntiGravity Fitness, Originators of the suspension fitness and aerial yoga genres. As an award-winning Broadway aerial choreographer who brought the aerial arts to Broadway, Christopher Harrison is proud to announce AG AIRbarre.

AG Pilates

This certified technique allows practitioners to perform Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel - all on the AG Hammock!  The training takes core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights.

Swet Studio® 50-Hour Apprenticeship program

Upon satisfying all graduation requirements, trainees who wish to refine their teaching style are encouraged to continue study with an additional SwetStudio® 50-Hour Apprenticeship (SSA). The Swet Studio's Apprenticeships provide a framework for teachers to strengthen their teaching voice, clarify their cueing, gain practical experience in class assisting & teaching students, and receive feedback from an experienced mentor.
