Floor and Fly Dance workshop

Ky and Michelle, SWETSTUDIO® instructors, will guide students through a choreographed dance with an aerial hammock and floor work. You'll learn how to manipulate aerial fabric from dance-inspired positions to create graceful shapes and gorgeous inversions. This 120-minute aerial dance session will walk you through the routines step by step so you can use the aerial hammock with confidence.

Dress to impress, high heels encouraged.
