LEARN THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF AERIAL FITNESS AND YOGA MOVEMENT

Our two-day workshop is designed to introduce you to Aerial Fitness and Yoga and give you the most important basics to practice in your routine. We will focus on safety and on areas that need the most attention, and we will teach you routines that you can use and practice at home in twenty or thirty minutes a day.

Spend two days learning the fundamentals of SwetStudio®. Our 2 days workshop is designed for beginners, fitness, and yoga experts alike.

In general, the 2 days “Fundamentals” workshop has more of an emphasis on the basic building blocks. Ground movements, such as get up and crawling patterns, plus the most fundamental techniques for each of SwetStudio’s movement aptitudes.

This workshop will bring you back in touch with your inner child and teach you how to create your own safe but fun SwetStudio® practice.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • 10 hours of professional instruction, including short lunch and snack breaks

  • Safe, step-by-step progressions for all ages, abilities, aerial yoga, and fitness levels

  • SwetStudio’s principles and how they will change how you think about the way you move

  • Understanding SwetStudio’s approach to developing movement skills and improving fitness

  • Particular emphasis on spinning movement to restore proprioception and mobility

  • Introduction to each of SwetStudio Method’s movement domains, from sitting to inverting

  • How to incorporate SwetStudio Method into your existing aerial yoga and fitness routine

  • How to incorporate SwetStudio Method into an at- home practice
