Flow into Fall and Winter w_ Ayurveda and Yoga

 
 

The ancient science of Ayurveda, translated as the science of life, is an integrated approach to physical, mental, and emotional health. With the change of season comes a shift in energy. Currently, we are moving out of the hot, humid vibrancy of summer into the dry, windy, cool subtly of fall. In Sanskrit, we refer to this change as Ritu Sandhi, and Ayurveda has specific daily routines, herbs, and foods to assist us in staying healthy during the changing of the season.

This workshop will focus on specific Aerial Yoga postures with the silks, breathing techniques, self-care practices, food choices, and herbs/spices to benefit you as we transition into the fall/winter season.
