Ayurveda, which means "science of life," is an ancient discipline that takes a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each season brings with it a shift in energy. Ayurveda teaches us to shift and adjust to our surroundings as they change. To prevent becoming mired in the "winter blues," we need to change our physical practices and routines when we transition from the cold and dry winter season to the cold and rainy spring season.

This event will focus on specific aerial yoga postures with the silks, breathing techniques, self-care practices, food choices, and herbs/spices to benefit you for this specific late winter season.

Swet Studio®'s classes are a group experience where participants are individually suspended in silk hammocks, free from the worries and noise of the ground, and guided to a place of inner quietude. It is a healing, placid class in which body and mind are focused on restoring spirit and vitality. Perfect for individuals in recovery mode, this class features rehabilitative techniques and incorporates levitating meditations, joint opening poses, and a floating savasana (cocoon). You will feel the blissful feeling of “floating”!
