Class will start with a supported inversion, creating space in the spine, trigger point release to open channels of healing in the body, and Restorative yoga in the Harrison AntiGravity® hammock, restoring and repairing the connective tissue of your body, leaving you with a renewed mind as your body relaxes into a state of bliss. Amazing for tired muscles, low back pain, tight hips, and restoring the body to balance. Class with end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
