Choose from swet ROW, swet ABS, and swet FULL BODY to still get the Swet Studio experience while keeping both feet firmly on the ground. Each stroke uses your quads, hamstrings, glutes, lats, abs, shoulders, back, triceps and biceps.

A low impact full-body HIIT workout on the rowing machine, alternating between strength and mobility training off the rowing machine.
