There are three additional classes that don’t involve the hammocks at all.

Choose from Row, Abs, and FullBody to still get the Swet Studio experience while keeping both feet firmly on the ground. Perhaps you can give the hammocks a gander while you’re there—you know, just to try it out and see what it’s like.

The unique format of Row captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. This is the perfect class for those new to rowing or for anyone that wants to brush up on their form. Learn “Skills and Drills”, “Waves and Recoveries,” with a competitive “Race,” at the end. 

swetFULLBODY

SwetFullBody is a signature class that builds on the foundation of ROW strength, and mobility. A low impact full-body HIIT workout on the rowing machine, alternating between strength and mobility training off the rowing machine. SwetFullBody class will tone your body with no impact on the joints. Break from the norm onto a Stronger, Faster and Healthier you. 

 

swetABS

Ready to carve a killer core and some serious abdominal strength? Designed with your schedule in mind, this is for those who want a no nonsense class. Get two workouts in one. Row, twist, and plank you way to a stronger core and Fabulous abs.
